Order Information

Yes, shortly after placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with all of your order details.

Cancelations must be done prior to your order being processed. If your order has been shipped, unfortunately we cannot cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will be more than happy to look into this for you.

After your order is processed. You will immediately receive a confirmation email containing your order. Our team will then confirm your details and begin dispatching your order within 24-48 hours.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we ship to most countries! You can checkout securely knowing we ship to your location. If on the rare occasion that we do not ship to your location, we will notify you in real time at checkout.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

For domestic shipping:

- We offer $9.15 shipping within Australia.
- Or $12.15 flat express shipping with in Australia. 

For international shipping:

- We offer $15.00 for all international shipping. 

All items are shipped though Sendle which is 100% carbon neutral. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept returns after delivery, due to the usage and nature of these products we cannot offer returns. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thefrontroombeauty@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We highly recommend you be present when your product arrives, however it is not required. If you are not home when your package arrives then it will be left in a secure location.
